monas: PDP-1 cross assembler

Hi everyone,

sorry for totally neglecting the group the last two weeks of so. Didn't look for a few days and then it becomes overwhelming to catch up.

Anyways, i just pushed my promised cross assembler to the pidp1 repo (src/monas). Not a lot of documentation yet, sorry, but i wanted to get it out there, and i think at below 1100 lines of C it's a fairly sweet program.

Getting my forth + lisp out there will be the next project.

Added to the install script. To update your install:

    cd /opt/pidp1
    git pull
    /opt/pidp1/install/install.sh, in most cases, it will suffice to say 'y' to
        set owner
        update git submodules
        make required binaries
        ...or just say 'y' to everything in case of doubt!

(Yes, that needs a simpler command ASAP)
