My 2:3 scale Type 30 Reproduction turned out pretty good IMHO, but it was too big. I'm OK at visualizing the shape of things, but I have a hard time visualizing the size of things sometime. So I decided to make a 1:2 scale version of the Type 30 which is much more in line with the scale of the PiDP-1 which is 11:20 scale. With PiDP-1.png

I have created a new project for the new version Honey, I Shrunk the Type 30 Display Reproduction which contains the build files and assembly instructions for creating a 1:2 scale Type 30 display.

The display that I used for this is back at PiShop for $102 (CDN) or $87 (US) which is a pretty good price even with shipping.
