I haven't been able to find a standalone disassember, so I'm implementing one. Why? Because there are so many tapes with no matching mac source. It's pretty straightforward given the simple instruction set. It recognizes both RIM  and binloader formats, even when mixed on one tape. So, before I pour more effort into this, anyone know of an existing one?

I do not! I've only used the simh PDP-1 simulator for small disassembly tasks. It would be a great tool to have - but a big task to write one?

BTW - I added a lot of sources in tapes/sources yesterday. I should add more in the coming days for the preinstalled programs:
1invad.asm                 et_eng.mac    minskytron.txt  munch.rim      spacewar_dual_screen_4_4g.mac
BLINKY-1_V2_with_HELP.oct  icss_1_2.mac  m.lst           pong.asm       spacewar.txt
circle.mac                 mapes.lst     m.rim           pong.txt
ddt.mac                    mapes.rim     munch.lst       ribbon.mac
dpys5-demo.mac             mapes.txt     munch.mac       snowflake.txt

I have sources for MACRO as well, but not for the version we actually use. Nevertheless, I'll add them.

Kind regards,

Oscar.
