Success! The CHM test program now works propery!

This took some major effort to fix the light updating in pdp1 and a pretty deep analysis of the timing of various things. But, it's done.

The new panel must be used, and I might well deprecate the original one.

The new panel can be configured for brightness, light turn on and turn off times, and some other magic settings.

If you want to try it, I suggest a full new clone and reinstall, lots of things changed. https://github.com/wjenh/pidp1-mods.git
