I can see the flag lights 1-3 doing the correct thing, but no sound via the rack speakers. I know they work because I can send sound to them via the desktop. So, what am I missing?
It's acting like SDL isn't active.  I'll be digging into the audio code soon to hook up my digital filters, be nice to have it working before I muck around.

Never mind, more or less. I have to enable audio on the web ui. Works now. But, this is not really great for running the -1 without having to specifically enable audio.

Fixed! The GUI now has audio too. Use Ctrl-F1 to toggle audio on or off.

Excelllent! Sigh, I just finished a little standalone app that does that, setaudio on/off. Having it integrated into the gui is much nicer.

Bill, do you have that app? On my system Ctrl-F1 does not work (other F keys work but not that combo) and I'm not using a web interface - rather the PC sees the PiDP-1 via VNC (WayVNC - so I guess Wayland is running the desktop) plus an HDMI screen attached to the Pi. Since Ctrl-F1 is not working, your app sounds like a great solution if you don't mind sharing.
Thanks,
-R
