A cute but fairly uselss prog

I just added rotate.mac, which rotates between up to 3 different programs stored on the Type 23 drum, one per minute. Sort of like a slide show. I did it to have an 'idle' screen on my always-on -1 and to learn about using extended memory, how it interacts with the break system, and to play with the drum and new timesharing clock. It was a learning experience to say the least. :)

It's in my fork along with updated docs and uses my IOT_32 and IOT_61,62,63.
