Update in software and documentation

All,

This could have been done sooner were it not for annoying minor health issues.

But to follow up on Angelo's post:

1) Documentation on ET-MACRO-DDT development cycle:

is a page dedicated to take you through this step by step. Please let me know of any improvements, or if anything is not clear. It lets you edit source code in Expensive Typewriter, compile it with MACRO, debug with DDT, and run it. The idea is that anyone should be able to blindly follow the steps to get a first experience.

2) New tools to handle paper tape:

Convert to/from, and inspect:

Will greatly help with moving data and understanding what a paper tape image contains, exactly.

3) Cleanup and improvement on the included software archive - see /opt/pidp1/tapes.
More will follow tomorrow!

To update your install:
cd /opt/pidp1

git update

./install/install.sh

...and in there, say 'y' to 

----Set owner of PiDP-1 directory?

----Update git submodules?

----Make required PiDP-1 binaries?

----Install PiDP-1 commands into OS?

The PDP-1 coding fun is starting!
