This is the first time I've had a problem with the musictracker
plugin, which is rather odd. It worked fine when I was using Windows,
and as could be expected on Ubuntu, but that doesn't help if I'm using
Gentoo.

For some raisin, I can't seem to get the music tracker to change my
status message - or send the protocol "now playing" information, for
that matter - not just for MOC, but for any music player.

Here's my junk:
Pidgin 2.7.1 (libpurple 2.7.1)
x11-plugins/pidgin-musictracker-0.4.21-r1
moc 2.5.0-alpha4

My plugin settings:
Player set to MOC
Don't change status when away
Allow status changing even when protocol has "now listening"
Disable "now listening" on XMPP

I know about the weird stuff with XMPP, but I would have at least
expected my MSN account to do something. I know the plugin is at least
getting player information because the in-window command '/nowplaying'
shows my current track and all that jazz, it's just not doing the
other half of its job.

Check you haven't selected 'Tools/Musictracker/Deactivate Status Changing'

If that doesn't fix it, can you raise an issue at
http://code.google.com/p/pidgin-musictracker/issues/entry and making sure to
attach the pidgin debug output and I'll take look.

Funny I didn't notice that selection before.... Well thank you. It
works now. -_-"
