Dual monitor support

I recently implemented rudimentary support for two monitor ("dual head") setups. Now if you open an image in fullscreen mode it will open on the other monitor from the main window (if you have more than two monitors, the results may be unpredictable!). Likewise the windows for the map plugin and the transfer plugin. I plan to make this feature more configurable in future commits.

Try it out and let me know how it works for you.

It appears to work, but as you say, it's unpredictable on my triple-head setup.  I cannot figure out how to make the images appear on my main/primary display.
