The current Picture to People site is developed by using the version 1.1 of my computer graphics libraries.
I work alone to develop everything and I'm very busy developing the version 2.0 of the libraries. This new version will be faster, more powerful and will turn possible many more effects.
Currently, I don't have time to develop an android app, but I will think about it when I finish the ongoing developments.
