KEGG Hierarchy Level

Hi, I am a beginner. I use online version of picrust.

The last step is Categorize by function. The default KEGG Hierarchy Level is "3". I checked official sites of KEGG (http://www.genome.jp/kegg/pathway.html)

They don't mention levels number. Is the NO.3 is the lowest level or highest level. How many levels in total?

Is there any website that introduce these levels? (e.g., where can I find it on KEGG official websites).
