Installation using Conda

Hi All, 

I tried installing PICRUSt2 on a laptop using conda and this was the outcome (attachment).  

Does anyone know hoe to get the epa-ng installed? None of these commands worked. 

conda install -c bioconda picrust2
conda install -c "bioconda/label/cf201901" picrust2

Hi there,

 

You should be able to install epa-ng with conda also (see here). You should do this and then try to re-run the PICRUSt2 installation command.
