Adding genomes and linked ASV's to Picrust2 default database

Hello,

I have a collection of MAGs that include 16S sequences which I'd like to add to the default Picrust2 database. Is there a way to add genomes and their associated KO and EC counts to the default database and reference sheets without remaking the entire database?

Hey Ikaia,

There’s no command to add in additional genomes or anything - you would need to create new files with those genomes included manually.
