Guidance on "Make the raxml_info files" when "Updating the PICRUSt2 database"

Hi,

I'm an HPC engineer on a campus HPC center. When supporting a user on "Updating the PICRUSt2 database", because my research background is not bioinformatics, I think I have insufficient knowledge on one of the updating steps.

The user provided me the instructions on the webpage.
I have followed this webpage, step by step, resolved all dependency issues and python library version issues. Meanwhile, I have obtained outputs from python scripts the same as on the webpage. Thus I think I have gone through the steps correctly.

I'm stuck on the step "Make the raxml_info files", because I'm not in this research field, and there are no commands to follow on the webpage.
Could the developer or someone help me on the step "Make the raxml_info files"? I am very appreciated.
