I got the file path_abun_contrib.tsv by picrust2 in QIIME2 and I have the taxon code in path_abun_contrib.tsv, my query is how to replace these taxa with the bacterial name.
Your help will be appreciated.

Hi Khalid,
PICRUSt2 doesn't have any functions for classifying the taxa within your samples, but if you are performing the analysis in QIIME2 then you should also be able to export your taxonomy file (the output from the qiime feature-classifier command) to a file (using the qiime export command). This file contains the taxa ID as well as the taxonomic classification. You could then use scripting (e.g. the Phyloseq package in R) or another method to match the taxonomy up.
