Greetings again from PICPA Qatar.
Please be reminded that:
- the first level of Early Bird Promotion (Registration fee of QAR 1,000) ends on August 31, 2014.
- the deadline of submission for your nominees to the Search for the Most Outstanding PICPA Member in the Middle East is on September 12, 2014.
Here is something new in this MEC:
PICPA Qatar is the 2013 World's Richest Country in terms of GDP per capita, and the home of World Cup 2022. and as such we would like you to maximize your stay here in Doha and experience here even for a while. Because of this, we would like to inform you that PICPA - Qatar created a mini program PICPA-Q Buddy.
We all know that the series of programs and/or lectures will start on the 17th. However, we encourage you to arrive earlier (say morning of Thursday, or anytime on a Thursday). One PICPA Qatar volunteer will be in - charge for maximum two delegates to tour them within the destinations in Doha Qatar, free of charge :). The PICPA-Q Buddy will pick you up from the Airport (if no transportation is arranged with your accommodation/hotel) or your hotel at the time of your convenience, and he will tour you in Doha at the assigned destinations here. All delegates will meet up as a group finally in the evening at Suoq Waqif - Qatar's cultural village and get to know more.
PICPA-Q Buddy is hitting two birds in one stone - (1) touring Doha and (2) gaining another PICPA member. Just confirm to us your flight details and we will assign you your PICPA-Q Buddy.
Please pass this information also to your chapter. Confirm now. More updates/teasers sooner. God bless.

Good morning. Hope everything is in the right track particularly in your own chapter's preparation and dissemination of MEC.
Two months from now we shall be holding the MEC, however, we have not received any official registration from any of the chapters. We still trust you still do you part on this endeavor.
Here is something new on this year's Convention - the Search for the Most Outstanding PICPA Member in the Middle East. Attached is the general information and guidelines. Please discuss this among yourselves and submit your nominations on the aforementioned dates.

Hi all,
I am sending another email to encourage you, your members, and your chapter to avail of the Early Bird Promotion of the Convention. The Convention fee is QAR 1,300 but if you register and pay on or before August 31, you will pay only QAR 1,000, and if you pay on or before Sept 30, 2014, you will be charged with QAR 1,200. THere is also an installment payment.
There will be a Search for the Most Outstanding PICPAn in the Middle East. Criteria will soon be released.
We would like also to tease you on one of the topics to be delivered. Please see attached. The formal introduction of the speakers will come later but hopefully this will stir up more participation from your chapter. Please see attached. This will be the first time that the speaker, who is not a Doha resident, will discuss this in the Middle East. - read again - Middle East. :) And if you think the title of the topic is already a give away of what to be discussed? It is not. :)
