40th Day of Pres. Tom and Updates

Dear Fellow PICPAns in the Western Region,

 

Greetings of peace to all of us!

 

It has been 40 days since our former President Tom Viado had left us all in sorrow and in a state of bewilderment. Nevertheless, it undeniably gave us one lesson: to always be ready for everything that the Supreme Being has planned for us.

I humbly request everyone to offer a prayer for his soul as well as for his bereaved family.

On the other hand, I am pleased to inform you all that his remains has finally arrived yesterday in the Philippines. Now that he has been united, although in a grief-stricken state, with his family, we are all thankful, at least, that he can now be finally laid peacefully in our native land.

We would like to thank IPP Rommel Pino for his untiring efforts in facilitating the repatriation of Pres. Tom's remains. Thank you as well to all who extended their generous hands thru our love offerings. We have accumulated a total of SAR 7,440.00 (Php 87,300) which was remitted yesterday to Mrs. Viado's account (agreed with IPP Rommel to remit the money upon repatriation of remains). The breakdown of offerings is highlighted in blue.
