DGT Pi - voice settings and users guide

I recently installed version 0.9l from the DGT website.  The voice functionality now seems to work sometimes and not others.  I saw somewhere here that it might not work on the move time levels.  Sure enough, when I selected a Fischer time level, it did work.  But then other times it wouldn't, even on a non-move time level, even after I access the menus and explicitly turn it on.  Is there a clear statement of when it should work and when it shouldn't?  Also, is there a draft users guide that gets updated somewhere as the software versions are updated?  I realize that sometimes it's hard to update documentation while working hard on the project itself, but I just wondered.  Thanks for your work on Picochess.

Hi Al,  Sorry to cut in here but I have a similar problem on my DGT PI i made an image with the 0.9I ISO but when i press the update button" >II " on the DGT Pi i only get the choice of k,l & m  I've updated up to "m" but how do i get it offer me "n" ?

Hi Al, yes i can, in fact i have tried, i put the DGT PI rom into the RPI and edited the Picochess.ini to autoupdate but it doesn't  seem to want to do it Like it would automatically on the Picochess image... its still on m... what could i be missing or doing wrong?

well, y can wait for a new version or y can login, "cd /opt/picochess" and "sudo git fetch" & reboot
