Enhancement to "translate.py": Italian [August 17]

Hi all,

I'd like to create this new thread to provide subsequent new versions of the translate.py file, in which I'm translating all messages/menu items in Italian.

Since it is a pretty large file, I plan on releasing subsequent versions, so that - in case Randy is about to release new image files, the newest translate.py file can be included into the images.

I'm about at line 1000 out of the 7000.. so it will take some time.

For those italians out there, if you like, you can already replace the V3.3 file with this one, located under the dgt folder.

For all others, I haven't modified anything else, except the italian translations.
