Enhancement to "translate.py": Italian [August 20]

HI all,

following a previous thread, I've completed the re-write of the italian translations in the translate.py file (attached).

I would appreciate if the italians out there (Luigi? others?) can have a look and let us know if they see any issues with it. I've tried to test as many options as possible, and it looks correct to me.

I haven't changed anything for the rest of the non-italian languages.

The menu structure is of course the same as before, but I managed to insert a "trick" in the italian translations, to help the users understand where they are within the menu structure. This is an attempt to make the whole menu structure more user-friendly, since it is already pretty complex and in some cases, a few levels deep: the labels start with the word "Menu" for the top-level ones, like "Menu Sistema" or "Menu Tempo" for the "system" and "time" top-level menus.

For the levels just underneath the top ones, i've tried to add the word "impostazione" (="settings") for the majority of them.

Whenever a value for a given option has to be selected, I've always added a colon (:).

Finally, I've added a change-log text at the beginning of the file, and cleaned up a bit the italian labels placements within the various if clauses, to make those adhere to the file's coding structure, a bit better.

Should everything be OK, I'd appreciate if Dirk can make this file as part of the next distributions, if he agrees to that.

...of course I forgot to add that you need to place this file into the "dgt" folder. Make sure PicoChess is closed before replacing the file, and save the original one as a backup.
