Best way to shut down V 3.2?

Thanks to all who have developed the Picochess software.  I keep my DGT Pi up to date with the latest versions, and appreciate it.  Question:  is there a preferred way to shut down?  I've always simply pressed the power button on the DGT Pi and assumed that worked fine.  With V3.2 I see there's a shutdown menu option I hadn't noticed before.  That seems to do the same thing.  Is that preferred for some reason?  Thank you.

The menu option is useful for those not using a DGTPi. The power button on the DGTPi works fine. You can also replace the White King with the extra White Queen, from the start position, and it will initiate a shutdown.

Whatever way you like is OK.
