I print Prototype Supply ABS from Amazon at 232C and here's the result through the Pico (1.75mm, .3mm)

Thank B3

I'm not cool enough for a video, but I'd like to report success as well --- currently just printing out some Magic: The Gathering tokens for my son to send out w/ his Pucatrades:

 - measured the free air extrusion from the 0.35mm hot end at 0.5mm
 - sliced w/ that in Slic3r
 - printing in PLA (seasoned w/ a bit of vegetable oil and using the filter w/ it) onto blue painters tape over glass
 - using a temporary fan shroud fashioned out of blue painters tape

Ordbot Quantum w/ Azteeg X5 mini Smoothieboard, Pico hot end has the 12V heater and 300 degree thermistor.

Is there a wiki or something where we can record this sort of thing in a formal manner?

post your settings? My ordbot and pico drives me nuts. I've had my nozzles on my ordbot but only pico is driving me nuts and makes me want to break everything! I am forced to use pico because my current extruder setup only allows for pico to connect before I can print better extruder to go back to e3d v6

VERY PISSED WITH B3, all their questions are the same. OOOH DO YOU HAVE A FAN? DO YOU HAVE IT SET TO 250C for PLA? OHH SEND US A VIDEO? HOW ABOUT B3 POST PROPER INSTRUCTIONS ON SETTING UP their crap!?! Everyone can figure out how to screw metal parts together! 0 Explanation given how to configure it with firmware

We are sorry you feel that way. We will do what it takes to remedy the situation.

I checked back in our records and it seems our support team is still waiting on some answers to necessary questions we asked you back on Jan 11, 2016 in order to help you with your printing issues. We must require answers to these basic questions in order to help you. This gives us a starting point to resolving your issues. As you know, there are hundreds of 3D printers out there and hundred's of different styles to print. For instance, if you have a bowden setup, any hot-end would require larger amounts of retraction compared to a direct drive setup. If you print fast, any hot-end would require higher printing temperatures to operate. The list goes on for over one thousand combinations of slicing printer and hardware setups. This is the beauty of 3D printing in the RepRap community as everyone knows it. These types of printers and upgrades require exploration as it would be hard for us to cover every printer and setup.

If you do not wish to accept our guidance and support, we are happy to offer you a full refund with the return of your items.

Please let us know how you wish to proceed and we will do what it takes to make you happy.

Thank you for supporting us on Kickstarter.

Regards,
The B3 Support Team
