Checked your website and currently out of stock for 1.75mm. Any idea when you'll be getting more? Couldn't find a contact option on the website, my apologies.

Thank you for your interest in Pico. We have diverted all sales of our current Pico through Micro Center as we are preparing for the next model coming (more towards the end of the year). You will be seeing website changes soon and please note that accessories and support will still be available through our website.

Hello,

I am trying to get a 1.75mm 24V version but at MicroCenter i can't choose to sent it to The Netherlands. Can you give me advise how to get this part in europe/Netherlands?

If you need specifically 1.75mm, we will be releasing our updated version by the end of the year which can be placed on order then. We currently have 3mm Picos we can get to you before then if need be.

I am interested in getting a buying a backup 1.75mm 24V Pico, as my old one has been through a lot. I do not see the 1.75mm Pico available on Micro Center or on your website

After reading around your support section, I see a lot of talk about a new version being released early this year (along with some website updates), but cannot find any of this. Would really appreciate an update on your inventory and new Pico, as well as advice on getting my hands on a second 1.75mm Pico.
