Can someone comment on their experience using Lulzbot ABS in a 3mm Pico? Good or bad. We are trying to help a Pico user out who is using a Dglass3D extruder and this filament.

Thanks,
Mike

Robert,

Thanks for chiming in. Can you provide some info for us?:

What temperatures have you tried printing at?

Do you have a fan setup? Are you using a shroud or deflector?

When does the jamming happen? First layer? Middle of a print?

What are your retraction settings at? (Speed and length of retraction)

Do you have a pair of calipers around to measure the filament diameter in a couple different places across the windings of your spool?

Thanks,
Mike

I've being using it on my TAZ4 for about a year. I have not had any issue with clogging. I can provide you videos of my printer printing. I print in Taulman PCTPE, ABS, 3DXTECH Nano-Carbon and PLA with no issues.
