So far I have had this hotend on my Prusa I3 for about 5 months, just recently while I was swapping out the filament I noticed the the not end was slightly wobbly. While I was examining the hotend, I noticed the in between the heat sink the tube was starting to become detached from the tube above it. Over the past week it seems to be getting worse and worse. I'm not sure what has caused it because the break is in the 2nd heat sink from the top of the hotend, and the tube itself is still perfectly straight. I haven't had any problems with the Pico until now. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Because I don't recall these hotends coming with any warranty.

I'm sorry to hear about this, it sounds like the stem got stressed and developed a crack. Do you recall any moments the hot-end might have seen heavier than normal lateral loads? We don't have a "warranty" in the traditional sense, but we stand behind our products and offer customer support by email, phone, and this forum. Please send us an email to he...@b3innovations.com and we will be happy to help you out! - Will
