I finally got Angstrom to build, but now I'm having reboot issues. It will reboot just sitting at the Angstrom prompt or more often if I log in and do something simple like running dmesg. Nothing in dmesg is showing either..

I found in the boot log an entry whining about:

CONFIG_CGROUPS was not set when your kernel was compiled. Systems without control groups are not supported. We will now sleep for 10s, and then continue boot-up. Expect breakage and please do not file bugs. Instead fix your kernel and enable CONFIG_CGROUPS. Consult http://0pointer.de/blog/projects/cgroups-vs-cgroups.html for more information.

Rebuilt the kernel with the proper setting which got rid of the annoying message, but lots of systemd complaints still exist. Maybe other kernel config setting I may have missed?

Anyone successful at getting it to run?

I'm using Boot.bin from the wiki.

Attached in my boot log.
Thanks
Mark

I have the same problem the board reboot in loop.
Use an old BOOT.bin.
For me work with bootstrap 2.6.x branch and I rename uImage to linux.bin.

Probably you have a bootstrap with watchdog enabled, and a kernel without watchdog driver installed.
Easiest way is to disable watchdog from bootstrap.

Florin,
I did see you original post, but I wasn't sure where to get the 2.6 version. Thanks for the reply

Nicu,
Yep that was the problem. I recompiled the bootstrap code from GIT and had the same problem. It seems that the watchdog disable define was missing from compile.sh.
I added this

+WATCHDOG_DISABLED=on \

and now it is working great.

Thanks for the info.
