Hello, 
I have provisioned by real time cores ( in sets of 10 and 5 realtime cores ) but it was not provisioned after waiting for about 30 minutes.

So i cancelled it and provisioned another set of realtime core ( 5 realtime core, s1 types ) and been waiting for 20 minutes... but its still
not provisioned.

Is the system ok ?

Hi,

We just pushed an update to real time cores, and unfortunately, the real time system took some time to come back online. It is up and running now. We're excited about the update, and will be announcing what's new in it very soon!
