hi good day to all!

I have reserved 5 realtime cores ( s1 types ) and have done a mapping of 108 jobs I have completed the first 67 jobs in a matter of minutes,
but suddenly my remaining jobs remain queued, even though i have  reserved 5 realtime cores ( s1 types ).

Did anyone faced this issue before ?

How do i fix this ?

Best.

This was likely just a temporary glitch; on rare occasions jobs can get delayed. I just checked the console and it appears that your jobs successfully completed.

hi yes it did!

but i cancelled the original mapping of jobs and restarted a new mapping of jobs.

finished in no time,

But it seems that reserving for realtime cores are taking more tima as usual ? I have reserved 3 sets of 5 realtime cores ( s1 ) type
and its been 20 minutes.... and its not reserved yet ?

Will it be better if i cancel the reservation and try to reserve again  ?

Best.

Sorry, we were quite overloaded yesterday.  We put in some system patches today that will be able to better handle such loads.
Cancelling realtime and trying again is similar to hanging up when you are on hold with a customer service agent over telephone; you just end up at the back of queue, meaning it will take even longer for your rt to come online!
