User documentation for Pickles is now hosted on readthedocs.org

Hi,

Happy new year to everyone!

I reorganized the user documentation for Pickles (what there is of it) and had it hosted on readthedocs.org: http://docs.picklesdoc.com/ - it uses a professional-looking template, supports multiple versions of the documentations, and - best of all - the entire documentation is searchable!

If you want to contribute improvements to the user documentation, fork the https://github.com/picklesdoc/docs repository and send a pull request. Thanks!
