Picket status update

Hi all!

I'm glad to inform that we are closer to the release than ever.

The first Picket release will be coded 0.2. And it will be released after finishing the final roadmap.

Final road map:
* User space administration interface
* Easy bug "cloning"
* Email ticket handling
* Picket 0.2 alpha
* Unit tests
* Picket 0.2 beta
* Documentation
* Picket 0.2 final

One could ask what we gonna do next. OK. Here is some info about our plans.

Before all further programming after 0.2 we need to rebuild our infrastructure. We will move to public Picket installation as our main bugtracker and will setup Picket demo.

Picket 0.4:
* Refactoring for easier integration Picket as app into any Django project

Picket 0.6:
* Enhanced bug relationship handling
* Relationship graph

Picket 0.8:
* Incredible Picket-style interface

Picket 1.0:
* Public service ready
* Bugfixes, eyecandiing, etc.
