Picket-0.2.2 release and bug fixing.

there was a bunch of bugs (

Well i'm glad to inform that we will fix them.
Important note for all the developers of Picket is how we going to
work with bugs.
This is the workflow:
1. All bugs must be reported to the public picket installation (
http://bugs.nophp.ru/picket/set_project/?project_id=2 ).
2. All bugs must be confirmed if could be reproduced before fixing.
3. All bugs must be acknowledged if could not be reproduced but needs
some actions before fixing.
4. All bugs must be assigned to no one.
5. When you starting to fixing bug, you must assign it to yourself.
6. You must set status to resolved after fix is committed to the
public git repo only.
7. Parent bug could be set to resolved after all of the child bugs are resolved.
8. Bugs must be set to closed after publishing fixed code in any
Picket release and never before.
