Advent of Code 2016 day 22. It's a modified version of the 15 slider puzzle. On the Reddit discussion page most people solved part 2 by hand or said "There's no way to code this."

Planner is really unique. How possible would it be to make a Python module that provides Planner-like capability? I think that would get a lot of interest.
