IDE language support plugin

Hello everyone,

I'd like to share that I've developed a Picat language support plugin for JetBrains IDEs (should work in any of them in theory). It does provide many features, but doesn't cover the syntax completely so far. The core parsing logic is based on BNF definition here. Any suggestions or pull requests are welcome.
