Searched - didn't find!
Only 6 answers but not what I asked.
If you'd prefer to tell me how to find it - maybe that will help me search in the future!
I know how frustrating it is to search - can't imagine how it must be for y'all to answer the same questions over and over - so maybe a little more guidance on how to search!
I used all the key words!!

For example: What Is Picasa Starter?  Using those few key words, in different orders, gives beaucoup answers - but none giving you specifically what you asked for!
Is there another way to search?

I know, that's 2 questions - but you get 3, right!!;))

Hi Jim:
When Picasa is running, go to the Tools menu -> Folder Manager. The drives or folders that are being scanned will have a blue circular arrow to the left.

It is best not to scan whole drives, because there are often a lot of photos associated with other programs that may show up. Usually your photos are all in the Pictures (My Pictures) Library so you only need to set it to "Scan Always".  Go to the FAQ I referenced in your other post. it talks about configuring Picasa.
