How to transfer data to another program

I have a lot of photos organized with facial recognition.

Is there any way to get ahold of this data so it could be transferred to another program?

Hi Huck:

There is a donation ware plugin for Lightroom that is supposed to import Picasa Face data.

I don't know if or how well it works, but here is a link:
