Duplicate editing occuring on photos in Picasa 3..9.0 Build 135.86

I've noticed several times in the last few days that my photos look terrible after editing and saving them with Picasa 3.9.0. 

I think this happens when I do the following:

1 - edit a series of photos using Picasa 3.9.0

2 - click the Back to Library button

3 - click the Save button (floppy dick icon)

4 - later when I return to my photos, the editing steps (usually chopping, adjusting contrast and adjusting Saturation) I've taken for a photo seem to be repeatedly applied to the photo resulting in awful looking photos

5 - to get back to the properly edited photo, I need to click the Undo Tuning and Undo Saturation buttons until the photo looks proper

This used to happen all the time with me, too, and I'd have to go thru and do what you are doing (fortunately, you can do them en masse most of the time).  Now, I guess it doesn't happen any more (with build 93).
