Public album cannot be found

When I import an album onto my site  - it returns "Invalid user" however all seems to be good - so I shared the "public" album by email address - opened in a different browser(not logged into the account) and instead of me seeing the album - I get a "Sorry, that page was not found." The album is Public - but the public cannot see it?  who do I contact to have this fixed?
