MOVE AN ENTIRE FOLDER (NOT JUST ITS PHOTOS) INTO AN ALBUM

How can an existing complete FOLDER (NOT just its photos) be moved to an existing ALBUM (within Picasa, ie not via google or web). The objective is in effect to create subject "sub-albums" with in a higher level Album
