PicApport doesn't start

PicApport doesn't start neither the installer nor the exe for expert start after installation

error from log file 

Exception Error PicApport.main: java.lang.Error:     There is an incompatible JNA native library installed on this system  Expected: 5.2.0  Found:    6.1.4

i figured it out. for anyone having the same error, we need to use the argument: java -Xms512m -Xmx2048m -Djna.nosys=true -jar picapport.exe when running the picapport after installation on windows.

i made a script that adds the argument and runs the picapport.exe file. However i am not sure why i was the only one who had this problem but google search shows this exact same error message with other applications depending on the JNA
