to PIC24 Assembly-to-C Book
Thank You very much for making this book, a wonderful study. I have worked through your text and have developed some nice programs to get a pic24 and pic33 I received with my microstickii functioning to control my apparatus. Really had fun working through your text. Now I have studied the ESOS and would love to adapt my programs to this OS to make them more time efficient. The example downloads work well and I can change let's say the timer delays and my chips work well. Now I set up my h files and c files duplicating let's say the led flash and make my own project file saving it under a different folder but with the chapter 14 label in my new path. I bring in the needed includes in to this project folder and also the needed src files. I write that short program using the ESOS layout and compile. Works great and I am ready to move on to adapting my program and make it a ESOS program. I go back to the examples which is kept in the original folder and rerun the original ledflash. It compiles fine but when I download now to the chip my led does not flash it seems like my ESOS clock is no running. I take out the esos_unsafe_Put string() just in case it may effect the stall and still the led does not blink. I don't know what I am doing wrong but have tried a few times and this happens again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is there any tutorials which could help in my ESOS training? I have found your text to be great in getting me to this point. Len
