CKP/CKE for MAX6675

I am reading the very last sentence of page 397, where it says the specific CKP/CKE combination is "slave device dependent". Can you please tell me how I am to make this determination ? My target slave device is the MAX6675 and i see no reference to these settings on it's datasheet. Thanks.
