Yes they were well made Korean Pianos. But they may have stop
making Pianos many years ago, but I can't confirm. They may have some venture with Ibach at one time. Check out the bass section, I have came across some which seems to be dead.

George,
I have one Sojin in my database, a DG-2 from 1984 at an area
highschool. I can excuse the regulation and voicing issues to
neglect and abuse, but the tuning instability is designed in. Worse
than the school's other piano, a Yamaha G1.

My experience is with Sojin pianos from the 1980s and 90s. I would not recommend them to anyone, the ones I know are pretty bad. There are many better alternatives. Jurgen G

My first run in with them found the need for a set of new damper levers which no amount of calling the factory or any other resource could produce. If you can't get unique parts, what're you gonna do with them?

Did you ever find a Sojin? I have one that I love a 5'10' grand/parlor grand. Designed by Luther Sheller (sp?) It holds a tune really well. And has a sweet sound. But I have a really small house now and it would be nice to have more room in the living room. So I keep going back and forth about getting an upright. The internet doesn't have much good to say about Sojin. But my experience has been positive.
