Mark IV recording issue

Hi all,

I am a tech with a good amount of disklavier experience but am running into something new on a Mark IV. It seems when I try to record, the counter for recording never starts and it stays on "0". It says that it is recording at the top of the PRC but the number remains at 0 rather than counting how long the recording is. When I try to play back my recording, it just skips to the end and nothing has been recorded.

I ran through all calibrations, did a system reboot and tried also recording in "silent" which didn't help.

I feel like there is something simple that I am missing.

Any suggestions??
