There are however temporary arrangements under which the visa requirement is temporarily suspended for Pakistani airside transit passengers when travelling from certain countries back to their own country when their airside transit period is less than 12 hours in Hong Kong, and subject to the fulfillment of conditions by both the passenger and the carrying airline. In this connection, please enquire the carrying airline to see if such person's case would suit the temporary arrangements.
If such person and the carrying airline cannot meet the requirements, such person is required to apply for a visa. Details of the visa application is outlined in website http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/id1004.htm.
