Hi there. Good work on making pialign, I love the clean and informative documentation.

I'm encountering errors while building. This is the output when I run make: https://gist.github.com/3970625.

I previously got it to work on the same machine when running Ubuntu. I'm now running Arch, and have had this error (on both Arch machines I've used).

It may be something simple, but my C++ skills are nonexistant. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Oliver,

Thanks a lot for using pialign!

This probably has to do with the version of the C++ compiler included
with Arch linux.
I can't test this myself because I don't have an Arch machine on hand,
but I've updated github with two fixes that should resolve the errors
your seeing.

Could you pull the latest version from github and see if it works this time?

Hi Graham,

Thanks for the swift response! I cloned the pialign github repo, and as per the pialign instructions ran "autoreconf -i" to generate "configure".

However I get this error: https://gist.github.com/3970922

I Hope I'm not leading you on a wild goose chase!

Thanks,
Oliver

Hi Oliver,

No problem at all, I love bug reports.
It looks like you ran into a problem that also appears on newer
versions of the compiler:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gridlab-d/forums/forum/842562/topic/5325770

I took the countermeasures described here, but again I cannot tell
whether it worked or not. Could you please pull the latest version and
try again?

Graham
