bluej and jar file

i have a small project on my pi3

while runing my progrem from the bulej 

SystemInfo.getSerial() is working fine

but when i try to run from terminal the jar file i made or just compile it with javac test.java im getting :

test.java:1: error: package com.pi4j.system does not exist

import com.pi4j.system.SystemInfo;

it's my first time working java on linux so maybe im doing something wrong
