Hello, I have some questions about using the Pi4J library, but wanted to introduce my project in a separate thread so any feedback on the project in general could be added here and not muddle the specific questions.  As a new owner of an RPI 2, I have taken the usual route of installing my favorite language on it which is CFML, a JVM-based scripting platform that runs on Java EE. I put up a Pi-hosted CFML blog to detail my experiments.

As of last night, I've started playing with the GPIO which has led me to Pi4J.

I've been trying to get into the official RPI Java forums for a couple days now but I can't seem to get my activation E-mail delivered.   If anyone here is an admin over there, I'd love the help.

Thanks!

~Brad

Pretty cool project and blog post.  Welcome to Pi4J and glad you chose it for your GPIO needs!
(Sorry, not a moderator on RPi forums -- cant' help there.)
