Pi4J V1.3 has been released

Big news! Pi4J V1.3 has been released!

This is the final version for Java 8 with full support for all current Raspberry Pi boards and following fixes:

• Added support for Raspberry Pi 4B
• Added support for Raspberry Pi 400
• Added support for Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4
• Various (28!) improvements and bug fixes listed here: GitHub Issues (v1.3)

As you may know, the underlying native framework WiringPi got deprecated last year and doesn't fully support the Raspberry Pi 4/400/CM4. So make sure to read https://www.pi4j.com/1.3/dependency.html where you can find all info on how to get a newer WiringPi from a GitHub fork. In short: you can use Pi4J V1.3 to do this for you with one single command: "pi4j --wiringpi".

Have fun, experiment, build and please let us know what amazing stuff you are building! :-)

In the meantime, there is already a version V1.4 in test which will be released soon and will be based on Java 11.
