V1 supports Pi4 if you upgrade WiringPi to version 2.52

$ gpio -v 
gpio version: 2.50 
$ cd /tmp 
$ wget https://project-downloads.drogon.net/wiringpi-latest.deb 
$ sudo dpkg -i wiringpi-latest.deb 
$ gpio -v 
gpio version: 2.52



V2 will be major rework fully supporting Pi4, Java11+....
