stretch on raspberry pi has renamed the broadcom `so` files https://github.com/tipam/pi3d/issues/214 and ctypes.WinDLL has reverted behaviour in the move from py 2.7.12 to 2.7.13 https://github.com/pi3d/pi3d.github.com/issues/4
